Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

How to start a return

Email cloudflaredash0@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to display the credit.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it in full.
